What to do when bringing in a system for repair:

* If you are bringing in a Notebook computer, please bring in your AC Power Adapter.
* If you are having problems printing, bring your printer, with ink, and the power adapter.
* If you are having problems with a specific program, bring in the installation disk.
* Please have login passwords available. This can save a lot of time.
